Shipping and Return & Replacement Policy

All sales are final.

Allow 2-3 days for order to be processed.

Returns and replacements will only be issued if a shipment is delayed 2 or more days beyond the original estimated delivery date.

If your plant arrives damaged, you must contact us within 4 hours of delivery.

All inquiries must be sent to [email protected] with photos attached.

Items are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you order on a tuesday later in the afternoon or anytime after, your item will be shipped the following week. I am a firefighter and my schedule can be a bit limiting when it comes to packing orders. This works best for me an ensures packages won’t be lost in the weekend rush of mail.
